'Kay, I know it's a medical ethics class, but the right to die debate and abortion in the same week?!?!? *headdesks repeatedly* Could the homework be anymore depressing? Yeah... didn't think so. Bah.

-First week of medical ethics is done and over with. Interesting class, but the workload is going to kill me, I swear.

-The boy is back in Mt. Pleasant with his dad after another frustrating weekend. I swear, if I had backtalked, disobeyed or said half the things he does to me when I was a kid, I wouldn't be having these problems. *snorts* Because I wouldn't have lived long enough to conceive the child. He still doesn't get why I'm punishing him when G isn't. He spent all weekend bitching about being bored, and how I'm mean. Yet, when the time came to tell him to pick up his room and pack up before G got here this evening, I still got the, 'this is stupid, I hate you, I hate this' routine. And he's already told me he's not coming next weekend because he and 'the family in Mt. Pleasant' have stuff to do. Yeah, I'm sure that's why. *shrugs* whatever. Yes, I could probably force him, and maybe I should. But right now, I can't see what that would do except make things worse all around.

-I'm just short of 3k on my YTS fic. It's coming along alright, but I'm nervous about it too. As I said before it's been ages since I've written Saiyuki. I'd like to get it done so I can take another prompt, but I want to make sure it's done well, too, and given this ethics class... *sighs* I guess we'll just wait and see.

-I think that's about it. Oh! Does anyone else have problems with YIM only workin 75% of the time? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and there are still times (like tonight) that the bugger won't let me sign on. It's irritating as hell!
